I’m currently working hard on Life Every Day notes for next year on the story of Gideon. He’s one of my favourite biblical characters, because he seems to bounce between great faith and exhausted fear. He does well, and then terribly in turn.

 

It was good to be in England, Wales and France – met so many wonderful people. A week or so ago I mentioned who came up to me in France and said ‘Please keep writing those bible notes, Jeff’. Am remembering him especially as I type away now!

 

New projects discussed this week – a ‘prodigal’ Life Journeys small group DVD resource – to be filmed at a party in a certain large and almost stately home in England….a new Christians Life Every Day booklet and also an evangelistic booklet with CWR…..also CWR will be bringing out another in the Life with Lucas one year readings books in February 2009.

 

A mountain lion (that’s right, lion) showed up in someone’s house just outside Denver this week and killed their dog. Yikes…..
