After a totally exhausting few weeks with two transatlantic trips, plus finishing the 'Helen Sloane' book, and speaking at a Minister's Retreat in Oregon, Kay and I decided to take 48 hours off and went to Breckenridge to do some skiing, We decided to take a lesson to improve technique, and so spent one day in the company of a chap called Bear whose beard froze.

Have realised that earlier entry re being tied to a lamp post when a child might have sounded like child abuse - which it was not, as I was about 11 at the time having a laugh with my cousin.....so call off Social Services immediately! Am in San Diego speaking at the National Pastors Conference. Sunny but cold. Trying to finish latest batch of Life Every Day notes, and Kay's computer playing up. Technology when it fails makes one want to hurl computers into swimming pools. Nice idea, wont try it though. Might hit a passing swimmer.
